everyone new in the group starts off as finders.
only when you post your Innocence, then will you get a promotion to being an exorcist.
Generals are chosen by their activeness and contribution to the group. i will refrain from those positions myself.
the supervisor may or may not have their own Innocence, and even if you are a normal person with no Innocence, if we deem you fit for the position, it will be granted to you.
