Oh yea... From my last group, I have learned that not any moderater will do.
even some of my best mods just went into hibernation.
So~ I've decided to make a policy about it.
There is a moderator check every week. If you mods don't show up every week, you will pay.
I will cut the mods who don't come for 3weeks. the ex-mods will be able re-roll if you take the re-exam.
