Nightshade Academy Mission Statement Nightshade Academy, an inclusive educational community rooted down by their goal to stop The Seriphien, provides a liberal education with a global perspective, emphasizes combat preparation focused on leadership and service to others, and fosters a commitment to lifelong learning dedicated to the pursuit of truth and the common good.

A little more than 20 years ago stood another academy of the same name. In this school, all the races lived separately; but happily.
A dark cloud soon came to the world, gathering around the school. The Seriphien came from the tombs of the old world; bringing death and destruction to all who oppose "becoming one" with them. The races were lost and scattered everywhere, but
THE HEROES gathered them into clans.
Under these flags, three of the five heroes and their clans pushed back the Seriphien, but at the cost of the school.
The heroes knew that the Seriphien would come back, so they rebuilt the Nightshade Academy on the edge of The Veil -- the border between the Seriphien and our world.
