Finally, I got the time to organize the Union. Since our times are messed up and not many replied to the needed tasks, I will appoint the meeting time at
9am EST (USA). It is changeable if some of you are not comfortable with it.
Also, we will NOT have a meeting every week. I will inform you guys when there is one. I will also appoint the officers.
However, there is a big catch now. I have decided to make the Union rules and enforce them.
Anyways, here is the overview:

Officers of the No Ron Union:
Prime Minister: di_jb
- Head of the No Ron Union. Basically the public speaker or representive of the No Ron Union.
Head of the Ministry of Affairs: mikomiko123
- Organizes events, notes conference infos, and etc.
Head of the Ministry of Finance: skiper5
- Manages union finance.
Head of the Ministry of Justice and Law: bdragonst
- Enforces union rules and judges indicted groups.
Head of the Ministry of War and Defence: valkyrie_medina24
- Manages blacklist and anything war-related.
Head of the Ministry of Representatives: freebird_pia
- Basically helps the Prime Minister with CR affairs in promoting the union.
Secretaries of the Grand Ministry: dfr529,
punkvolume1,
-dizkumpiyado-, and
PaulaMaeG
- Helps Prime Minister approve or disapprove requests, pleas, petitions, and etc.
Ministries?
So where does your moderators go?
Simple. The Prime Minister, his/her moderators, the Senior Aides, and their moderators are in one department, "
The Grand Ministry."
So basically, if you are a group creator, and you are assigned to a specific ministry like "Ministry of War" and etc..., your group mods will also be in the same ministry, supporting you.
If you are not assigned to a specific Ministry, and if you are a group creator, you will stay as a High Minister in the Parliament until you get elected into higher office. ALL of us are members of the Parliament. The higher office has more specific functions and more capabilities than normal Parliamentarians.

RULES AND STANDARDS:
More will be added during the grand conference, thus, you need to attend it.
Basic Rules:
1. A member of the No Ron Union must be loyal to the No Ron Union.
2. Having the No Ron Union logo somewhere in your group is mandatory!
3. A group must never form an alliance with any group that is in the No Ron Union blacklist.
Consequences:
1. Removal of the group from the Union.
