GOODBYE
As I sat here through my tears
I look back on all the years
Games we lost and won
The prom where we had so mch fun
Having fun with great laughter
We all lived happliy ever after
As I walked down the hall for the last time
realizing I never again here that tardy bell chime
Ditching school because we
were way too cool
I can never take back those days
and now is it to late to
Make an amends with
old best friends
For now I say ,from today til forever
Goodbye to all that came my way.
Friends
It's hard to believe it's time to go
Leave this way of life, spread our wings and grow
Say goodbye to those friends that we hold dear to our hearts
Shedding tears for we'll be so far apart
Remembering all the good times and even the bad
Including the fights we sometimes had
Through the tears and the pain
Friendship was our gain
We stuck together through sunshine and rain, laughs and shouts
We found out what true friends were all about
So as our senior year comes to an end
We'll carry in our hearts our special friends
And take with us all the memories that were made
Since that very first August day.
Love is when you're together you are wishing it would never end cause you want to be my their side no matter what. You can say anything not mean it at all and say I'm sorry and he wont care. You can wear your sloppiest clothes and he'll say "You look pretty to me." You can be sick with a fever of 101 and he will be by your side taking care if you even if it means risking getting sick. When someone you love passes away he doesn't care how many times you call him since your miles away. Even if you get jealous and angry your right there saying "It's gonna be alright" knowing the make up and saying "I'm sorry" will make things right again. You put up with him when hes being a pain in the butt ans same when you are. Love never fails or give up.
Friends Forever
We met online, had a good time, chatted again and became good friends. Time went on and were still here and I truly believe your someone dear! Here's something I would like to share with you, for all of your love and kindness too. It's a symbol of the friendship I hope will last forever. And although we live so far apart. Always remember you hold a piece of my heart!
Be with the one that makes you happy. The one that makes you smile, the one that makes you laugh, and each day worth while, live life for the moment, try hard to make it last, because life is so short, it goes by so fast, so when you find love, don't let it slip away, hold it forever, and cherrish it each day, as long as you're happy, that is what you should do, love that someone and let them know, before your life is through.
A special word for you and me.
A special bond we cannot see.
It wraps us up in it's cocoon.
And holds us fiercely in it's womb.
It's fingers like fine spun gold.
Gently nestling us to the fold.
Like silken thread it holds us fast.
Bonds like this are meant to last.
And though at times a thread may break.
A new one forms in its wake.
To bind us closer and keep us strong.
In aspecial world where we belong.
Someday you’ll cry for me, like I cried for you. Someday you’ll miss me, like I missed you. Someday you’ll need me like I need you. Someday you’ll love me, but I will love you too.
You’re A Dreaming Girl
Everything around is a mush, all you really want to do is fall asleep and dream up little things that’ll make you all happy and warm inside. You don’t really talk to people, but when you to… people just don’t understand you’re creative mind.
They all ask me, what’s so special about him/her? But I didn’t tell them because I’m afraid they fall in love with him/her too.
The Dummy
In that forgotten part of town
Where wasted hopes and dreams abound,
A wrinkled man with life near end,
In hopes to have at least one friend,
Fashioned bits of wood and things
And made a dummy run by strings.
He sat alone for hours on end,
Conversing with his only friend
And found delight within the fact
That he controlled it's every act.
He told it how he never had
A chance, since all his luck was bad
Although he'd tried so to succeed -
The dummy nodded and agreed.
And how his journeys in romance
Had never given him a chance,
And wasn't it a crying shame
That he was always held to blame
When everyone knew, oh so well,
That life is but a living Hell,
Controlled by lust and power and greed?
The dummy nodded and agreed.
With patience that would rival saints,
That dummy sat through all complaints
And, with each little expert tug,
He'd droop his head or bow or shrug
And give some comfort to the man
Who held his lifelines in his hand
And helped to fill a lonely need
When he just nodded and agreed.
Senility increased with time
As did the old man's phantomime,
And feverish fingers pulled with glee
The dummy's dance of misery.
They never left each other's side
Until the day both stopped and died.
We found them lying, hand in hand,
The dummy - and his wooden friend.
STAY THE SAME
As time has changed and seasons have past
We've developed a bond that will forever last.
As we say good-bye in this our final year
We try to hold back those overpowering tears.
We remember those time that seem so long ago
As we grew up together through highs and lows.
We knew this day would eventually be here
But had no idea of its overwhelming fear.
The years have flown by but the memories remain
These faces and names will always stay the same.
So as you go out into this world unknown
Always remember there's no place like home.
