It all began with E-Day, 2020, the day the world cried. It began the Five Day War of Loss. We fought admirably, uniting as one race to fight against them. Fight against that which we knew we could not resist. Millions killed, even more enslaved. Their empire ever expanding, assimilating all in their path........How will you fight?
The resistance was formed soon after the conclusion of the Five Day War, its first purpose was mere survival against the aggression of the Empire as they seized absolute control. After these many years of hardship, they are finally beginning to fight back against the Empire. Since the Empire's technology is so far advanced, the resistance is unable to mount any type of major offensive without months of gathering of intelligence, resources, and willing manpower.

The Empire's history is longer than anyone can remember, all except to one known only has "The Emperor", his real name forgotten to the ages, no one knows his true race, much of the Empire believes him a god for this. The Empire spans whole galaxy's and its military is ever expanding it. Its sight knows no bounds. In the few years that Earth has been conquered the planet has seen much change, its major city's now massive military fortresses, its countryside turned into refineries, shipyards, and factories. Its population enslaved to the war machine, turning out its weapons of war. Some of the population decided to join the Empire and were rewarded handsomely, being awarded governorship of their own planet, becoming its own occupation force, using the "Divide and Conquer" strategy to high efficiency.
Pre-Story timeline:
2020: E-day, Empire begins invasion. Five Day War ensues.
2020 March 20th: Five Day War ends in human defeat. UN forced to surrender to Empire nobles. UN officials then later executed and the United Nations dissolved.
2020 April: Empire offers humans to join their empire, many do out of pure necessity, they are transferred off planet for "training and re-education" then come back changed and well equiped becoming the 482nd Occupation Forces.
2021 December 25th: Moscow ruins demolished by Empire forces as the excavate the first of many "Towers" by with the non-human forces of the Empire reside. Bringing into question the true origin of the Aliens.

2022 May: Most of Western Europe is transformed into a war machine, massive shipyards, factrories and fortresses are built. All recon into area never heard from again. Considered a "no-go" area

2023: Resistance forces in England report sub-zero temperatures in the middle of summer, hinting at possible Empire climate changing technology
2024 June: Discovery of massive power lines above and below ground in former Russia, most leading to a massive tower known as "C-03"

2024 July: Capture of an Alien soldier, one of many species who kill for the Empire, Soldier later dies of suicide in prison cell before interrogation.

2024 August: Autopsy of alien reveals a 20x faster metabolism rate in the alien soldier, leading to faster healing, tougher bodys, quicker movements, and better troop coordination. Cooling of the body subsidized by backpack cooler unit, possible weakness found.
2024 November: "Bloody Sunday" Human occupation forces crackdown of resistance in Western Europe, 3,000 recorded deaths of resistance members, unknown innocent casualties. The same day the human governor of earth announced to be General Matreac, a former resistance member who switched sides.

2025 January: Construction of "Citadel One" complete, Human Occupation Forces now receive off world support and technology, through direct transport of materials. Former New York City becomes new Human Capital

2025 February: American Resistance branch plans massive assault on Citadel One, battle goes disastrous after numerous intelligence inconsistencies, troop strength misconceptions, and resistance unpreparedness. Dead body's transferred to Tower "B-09" in former State of Georgia. Use of body's unknown.
2030 Apiril 30 - 35th: "Unification Week" Human occupation forces further crackdown on American Resistance branch, reconquering of several thousand miles of land, millions of humans left untouched by Five Days war enslaved. Tower "A-02" excavated. New human recruits into occupation forces.

2031: Uprising's in Western Europe prompt transfer of "3rd Shock Army" to Earth authorized. Uprisings stopped within hours. Work resumes at increased efficiency.

2032 May 1st: Massive fleet of 4 million space ships of all kinds enters a temporary orbit of earth. Purpost unknown, three days later the fleet departs. Reports of new construction sites and factories in former China reported but unconfirmed.
2033 March 5th: Second assault on Citadel One, Resistance members get to the third floor of the building before being cut off and forced to surrender. One member of the resistance of the attack is shot every hour for a month. The rest are sent to China to forced labor.
2035: Massive space station "XBE-0548" constructed in orbit of planet, Earth now major Empire fleet hub.
2035 October: Communication from Russian Resistance disappears overnight, no report of activity since. Activation of Tower "A-13"
