Here there are humans and special people , people with strange powers not human lik. These people could be good or bad some humans dont trust them but some humans do trust them. There is also an evil organization who wants to kill special people and an other evil organization that cuases troulbe and hate humans. But then again these special people good ones just are normal ppl with strange powers who have jobs go to school and stuff they can be kids teens or adults.

One day a doctor was working with humnas expirementing with them and then the humans got loose starting running around causeing pandamonium and released this gas in the air , this liguid into the sewer , and then the people who were near the gas and that touched the liquid were turned into special People.
