Anyways, about the last two (2) episode of Saiunkoku Monogatari Season 2... Sorry we can't upload it here in Crunchyroll since Shinji licensed the program. But the good thing is we can watch it in another anime site... Just visit www.anilinkz.com and look for Saiunkoku Monogatari.. A long time ago, in an era when the demons of the montain forest ravaged the lands, from amidst that endless chaos, a young man came forth. Seeking peace and order for the people, he beat back the rampaging demons. Moved by the man's spirit, eight enlightened beings gathered to join him. Bearing the names of colours, they came to be called the Eight Coloured Enlightened Ones. Using their mysterious powers, they helped the young man. The man's name was Sou Gen. With the wisdom of the eight enlightened ones, he brought a new dawn to the people's world. He was the first emperor of Saiunkoku. (Country of Coloured Clouds)


"Saiunkoku is a world of eight provinces or houses, each named after a different colour. The new Emperor, Shi Ryuuki, has gained a reputation for being uninterested in courtly matters and for flaunting his love for men. Shuurei, although born of the important Kou family, has difficulty making ends meet. She easily accepts an invitation to be the Emperor's concubine in order to turn him into a good ruler. The mysterious Seiran, a young man who was adopted by her father, goes with her as Ryuuki's bodyguard. Entering the imperial palace revives Shuurei's dream of being a court official, and, together with the many companions she meets along the way, continues moving bravely forward while trying to fend off the Emperor's advances."

Provinces and ruling families:

Ran (藍, Blue) — The most powerful clan in Saiunkoku, although they play a dormant role in the political issues of the country.

Kōu (紅, Red) — Equal power to that of the Ran clan. Along with the Ran clan, the Kōu clan is known to be the 'highest of nobility'.

Heki (碧, Green)

Kō (黄, Yellow) — Although pronounced the same as the 'Red' (紅) clan, the kanji (黄) means 'yellow'

Haku (白, White)

Koku (黒, Black)

Sa (茶, Brown) — Known as the least distinguished clan in Saiunkoku

Shi (紫, Purple) — The family of the Emperor
