Does anyone know where i can get mandarin songs, mostly ones by taiwanese singers, for stepmania?

It's not much of a surprise really. CR Pack 1 was a complete dumpfile joke so CR Pack 2 took things in a more serious light, but even that pack had some files that weren't great (pad files). CR Pack 3 is quality so it'll be worth downloadin

Basically the amount of arrows in a particular section of a stepfile. So say a song has a long 16th stream/run, the voltage rating would be high then.
