30 years ago, Japan experienced an earthquake in one of its busiest cities. This event was deemed "The Great Fall". The city it affected became a ghost town since many people moved away, this resulted in an increase of crimes.
Mayuki is a young boy that is bound by a power that is neither seen or heard. The crimes that occur in the town are usually a mystery, but Mayaki is always calls the detectives and gives away the solution to them. Because of this, he is suspected of being a criminal himself.
