Sync is the fifth Ion replicas made when Fon master Ion(original) died.He had the powers of a Fon master,but his skills wasn't close enough to the original.He was thrown away with a bunch of other Ion replicas in a volcano.He survived and joined the God-Generals.He is known as Sync The Tempest.He hates the Score because he believed its what caused his birth.He believed that he is a very empty person.His only weapons are his fists and he wears a mask to hide his identity.He targets Guy for being the first to unmask him and finding out his past.He feels he has no real purpose in life other than to be Van's puppet.Sync is a quick fighter, often subduing his opponents with rapid physical attacks, coupled with formidable Fonic Artes. He is also capable of placing an enemy in a "Cursed Slot", an exceedingly rare ability that only a Fon Master can use. He is a martial artist, as well as the strategist for the Six God-Generals' missions. While his bird-like mask is almost always on, at one point Guy knocks it off his face with a sword swipe and remarks that he looks incredibly similar to someone else.

Ion has an illness that made him live a short life.He hated the world that was obsessed with the Score,along with Van.He found Arietta,and found her interesting since she knew nothing of the Score.He decided to have her as a pet.Arietta had loved Ion and became his Fon master guardian.When he was about to die,he decided that he shouldnt leave Arietta to the replica,since she was his.Arietta was always be his side,and found being alone scary,but on the day on his death,he thought,"Who is it really...that is alone?"He was crying before his death,and was reaching out for her sister's skull,which she gave to him.When he died,he was buried and her sister's skull was lying on top of the grave.

Ion was the seventh and final Ion replica made.He was the accepted replica,since his powers were the closest of the original's.Although his powers were alike to the original's,his body wasn't.Ion has a very weak body.His Fon master guardian was Anise.Ion accepts Sync and thinks of him as a brother,but Sync refuses and believes Ion does not understand how he feels since Ion was accepted.He travels with the group,along with Anise and Guy.He was on a mission to stop war,and he has the power to do that since the previous Fon master Evanos was honored by both countries,the current one shall be a symbol of peace.However,the other side of the Order of Lorelei tries to stop him.

The third replica of Fon Master Ion introduced in the story (aside from the replacement "Ion" and Sync). It seems that he had been hidden away by Mohs until he could be used to read the Score of the Seventh Fonstone after the death of the seventh Ion replica (the one who had been Fon Master during the game's events). After being rescued by the party, Anise brings him back to Daath so that he will not be abandoned, and gives him the name Florian, meaning "Innocent one" in ancient Ispanian. Once there, Florian becomes uncomfortable because of his close resemblance to the deceased Fon Master. The only person he feels comfortable with is Anise, who is the only one who does not treat him strangely.

Arietta is a timid girl who was raised by Ligers after losing her parents to a tidal wave which wiped out the Isle of Feres. Since then, she has learned to control monsters and animals to aid her in battle. She was formerly the Fonmaster Guardian of Ion, and despises Anise for "taking Ion away" from her. Arietta wishes to kill Luke's party for killing the Liger Queen early in the game, which Arietta refers to as "Mommy". In reality, the Ion that accompanies the party is one of many replicas of the original. Arietta was not aware of this, nor of the fact that she was removed as Fonmaster Guardian to keep the replica's identity secret. Having nowhere to go, Arietta joined Van's six God-Generals. Van also turned the slowly sinking Isle of Feres into Arietta's secret private boat, which also once served as Van's headquarters. Following Ion's death, Arietta blamed Anise (although Anise was partly responsible, as she had been forced into betraying Ion by Grand Maestro Mohs) and challenged her (and the party) to a duel to the death, which she lost. Tragically, Arietta died without realizing the Ion she sought after so much was not the one she loved.
Arietta was Ion's(original) Fon master Guardian.Arietta had loved Ion dearly.She did her best to protect him.She gave him her sister's skull,which was really important to her,and explained that it will protect him.She is now a God-General,along with Sync(and yes she doesnt know Sync is an Ion replica),and is known as Arietta the Wild.

Anise is Ion's(replica) Fon master Guardian.Her parents were tricked and owe a huge debt to Grand Maestro Mohs.Due to that,they have been working at the church without pay.Anise was signed Fon master Guardian and was to report to Mohs everything.She was very upset,since Ion was so nice and trusting.This could also the reason she loves and wants money so much.She was also very hurt when Ion died,knowing she was at fault.This made her act extremely gentle and kind towards Florian.It also made her unable to fight against Sync,for he had the same face and voice of Ion.The stuffed toy on her back is Tokunaga,a doll which she uses to fight with.She has a secret that can make her doll larger,but the truth is that the one whom helped her made her dog like that was Dist the Reaper(whom he calls himself Dist the Rose).She met Dist when looking a a table to sit in during lunch.An empty seat was found near Dist,so she sat down.Dist was shocked that he has been sitting in that chair for 6 years and no one has ever talked to him before.They both started talking to each other more and sitting near each other more.When Anise is delivering some of Ion's files,a bunch of other Fon Master Guardians made a trap and made her ruin all her file,since they were jealous that Ion chose Anise as his Fon master guardian and said he only needed one.They started saying bad things about her,her parents,and Tokunaga.They stepped all over it and broke it,which hurt her badly since her parents gave that to her.Dist came by and the other girls ran away.He said something which angered Anise and she yelled "Don't say bad things about mama and papa!"and ran away.He felt sorry for her,remiding of himself when he was young,since he said words alike to hers,so he fixed Tokunaga and put a Fon machine inside it,making it able to become larger.He told her she can use it to fight and that this way those other Fon master guardian jerks won't stand a chance against her.She travels with the group,along with Guy and Ion.

surviver and heir of House Gardios.His real name is Gailardia Galan Gardios,and knew Van at a very young age.Everyone else from House Gardios died.the reason for his phobia is because his sister died while trying to protect him during an attack,along with all the maids in the house.Every single one of them died in front of him.He was buried over their bodies as they died,making the soldiers unable to find and kill him.He was the only one who survived from the Hod War.The attack of the Hod war was from Kimlasca,so he went to Baticul and worked as a servant and was planning to get revenge by killing the heir to the throne,Luke Fon Fabre(main character,but he ended up being best friends with him,and found out his actually target was Asch the Bloody,a God-General.Sync targets Guy because he was the first person to unmasked him and found out his past.

Van is the leader of the God-Generals.He is the foster brother of Mystearica Aura Fende(Tear Grants,heroine of the game),Luke's and Asch's teacher,and known Guy when he was little.He was also the one who kidnapped Asch the Bloody(original Luke fon Fabre) when he was 10.He made a replica of him,which is the Luke whom has brighter red,so his parents won't start looking for him.He renamed him(which of course he named him Asch)and made him join the God-Generals.He also trained Luke(replica) when he was younger.He was also the one who made the Ion replicas with Ion(original).
