Chiba Ryohei (千葉 涼平) is a member of a Japanese pop group called w-inds. with Ogata Ryuichi, and Tachibana Keita. His hometown is Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. He was born in November 18, 1984.

♥ Chiba Ryohei was chosen along with Ogata Ryuichi to join ASAYAN Idol Contest,2000. and Tachibana Keita in forming the pop group called w-inds.

♥ where he would be a backup dancer. However both backup dancers also contribute to songs through backup singing, small solos and rapping.

♥ Ryohei is a very proficient breakdancer and classes it as his most favorite hobby.

♥ He likes to learn, and was accepted into one of the leading High Schools in his hometown of Sapporo.

♥ Ryohei attended Kitashiroishi Elementary School, Kitashiroishi Middle School and Kitashiroishi High School in Sapporo. He completed his first year in Kitashiroishi High School before transferring to a High School in Tokyo. He mentioned in March of the 2003 Fan Club Event(FC) that he did not attend the graduation ceremony.

♥ Ryohei had his first concert solo during 'Prime Of Life' Live Tour 2004, which he rapped and sang 'Stand Your Ground' penned by himself. However, this track was never recorded on any cd or album. He also had a solo in both the '1st Message' and 'System of Alive' Tours, but they were covers of other artist's songs, one of the song is a Backstreet Boys's song.

Tachibana Keita (橘 慶太) (born in December 16,1985), He is the vocal of the J-Pop boy band called w-inds. and is also very involved with their dance sequences.His hometown is Fukuoka, Japan.

♥ Tachibana Keita got his big break when he was the only male finalist in the 2000 Kyushu-Okinawa Starlight Audition, beating some 80,000 other contestants, but did not win. He joined with two dancers from Sapporo, Ogata Ryuichi and Chiba Ryohei, to form w-inds.under the 'Vision Factory' company.

♥ keita is most famous for his wide vocal range; being able to hit notes 5-8 notes above the range of an average male.

♥ He has won several awards in many Japanese teen magazines (such as Junon) for various features including his voice and appearance.

♥ In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer. Keita is also capable of playing various musical instruments; piano, guitar and bass guitar.
