Story
This is about an eight-grader,Kaede Minami who has a huge crush on Yuuki Setsu,her classmate.But she has a strong rival in love-Hidaka Azumi.That's why her love has been one-sided so far.Then one day,Mirumo,a love fairy(a.k.a muglox) came to her...and claimed that he could grant all her wishes...but bad-tempered Mirumo doesn't always do what Kaede really wants...

南楓, Minami Kaede Voiced by: Mai Nakahara (Japanese), Tabitha St. Germain (English)
A cheerful and energetic girl who is Mirumo's partner. Although she is very sweet and helpful, she can get angry when she is tempted. She has a huge crush on Yuuki Setsu. She is Azumi's rival and are always fighting over who should be with Yuuki. Her results are not very good and she is a bit slow and clumsy.

ミルモ, Mirumo Voiced by: Etsuko Kozakura (Japanese), Wendee Lee (English)
A fairy who loves chocolate and is playful but at times, selfish and lazy. He is Rirumu's fiance, Kaede's partner and Yashichi's arch rival. He uses a pair of maracas as his instrument. He is the prince of the Muglox World, can turn humans into fairies for 24 hours and is Murumo's older brother.

摂結木, Setsu Yūuki Voiced by: Yasutoshi Tokumoto (Japanese), Samuel Vincent (English)
A smart and quiet bookworm on whom Kaede and Azumi have crushes on and is Rirumu's partner. Although he is calm and reading most of the time, he's willing to help his friends, even if it embarrasses him. He is also afraid to eat green peppers.

リルム, Rirumu Voiced by: Mayuko Omimura (Japanese), Loretta Jafelice (English)
A female fairy who loves Mirumo and his fiancee. At times, she may look very cute and innocent, but can turn into a scary fighter when she is angered (mostly by Mirumo). Rirumu is not really the expert when it comes to magic and household chores, and can make magical situations worse if she "helps." Her favorite food is cream-filled pastries and she uses a tambourine as her instrument.

A rash and impatient girl who loves Yuuki and is rivals with Kaede. She often beats her up whenever she sees Kaede with Yuuki, usually in a sneak attack. She can be very vain at times, but helps her friends if she decides to. She is partners with Yashichi. Most of the time, she leaves him to do her household chores and treats him like a slave, but seems to have a soft spot for him.

Like Azumi, Yashichi is rash and impatient and with his henchmen, Sasuke and Hanzo, he continues to annoy Mirumo to no end due to their long-lasting rivalry. Although unfriendly at times, he helps the others when it is really up to him. He was an avid fan of the Warumo Gang and uses a triangle as his instrument. He's also pretty fond of looking at people's underwear and drawing pictures of them (which he consider precious), much to Azumi's embarrassment. Yashichi hates Azumi since she treats him like a slave, but knows that he cannot go on without her. His favorite food is fried dough cake.

松竹香, Matsutake Kaoru Voiced by: Sōichirō Hoshi (Japanese), Blake Sheppard (English)
A very rich boy who is popular among girls.He would do anything to be Kaede's boyfriend, but her crush on Yuki blocks that though. He has his own butler,Hirai,and relies heavily on him. He is not really the spoilt type.

ムルモ, Murumo Voiced by: Rie Kugimiya (Japanese), Tiffany Grant (English)
An immature, cute little fairy who is Mirmo's younger brother. Murumo loves marshmallows and uses his sweet little face to manipulate others.Underneath it houses a suprisingly sinister side within him. He is greedy and selfish when it comes to marshmallows, and would do anything to make Kaoru give him some (even telling him about Kaede and Yuuki's dates). At times, he is kind and sweet to his friends and is willing to help them when they are in trouble. When he is angry, he uses his antenna beam. He uses a snare drum as his instrument.

Kaede's best friend. She has a crush on Kanna.

Kaede's homeroom teacher.

One of Yashichi's lackeys. He has a crush on Yamane. His instrument is a glockenspiel.

Another one of Yashichi's lackeys. He seems to be the least intelligent of the three, but he also has a few unique skills. He once was able to speak a tongue twister spell 3 times in 10 seconds to free Rirumu from a curse cast by Akumi.His instrument is a vibraphone.

平井, Hirai Voiced by: Kentarou Itou (Japanese), Jim Malone (English)
Kaoru's butler. He is skilled in everything and will do anything to please his young master. He and Hoshino are long-time rivals, but they have a soft side for each other.

Yamane's human partner. She loves Kaoru Matsutake. She lives in a very wealthy family and she treats Kaede as a rival. Because of Kumomo's mistake, she became partners with Yamane.

Momo's butler. She and Hirai are long-time rivals, but they a soft side for each other.

A fairy ninja, the younger sister of Nezumi and is Yashichi's cousin. She admires Yashichi and often joins him in his ninja training. Her human partner is Momo Umezono. In the second season she is temporarily possessed by Daaku, which forces Nezumi to join Daaku as Ratto in order to save her. Her instrument is a bird whistle. When she eats anything sweet, she explodes and thrashes up the place she is at.

アクミ, Akumi Voiced by: Chiemi Chiba (Japanese), Mary Long (English)
A mischievous fairy who is always causing trouble for Mirumo and his friends during the second season. She admires Daaku and is the first to join him. After Dark is destroyed for good, she changes from her evil form, becomes Saori's partner, and leaves with her for Germany. Her instrument is a sitar.

ダアク, Daaku Voiced by: Juurouta Kosugi
The main villain in the second season. Long ago, he tried to dominate the fairy world, but was defeated by the Gaias and is sealed away. He recruits Akumi and the Warumo Gang to help him break free from his seal and defeat Mirumo and his friends,but on the verge of breaking free, Mirumo and his team enter his world and defeat him. He is sealed away again, but it is revealed that they only sealed part of him: he encountered Yamane while being sealed and possessed her with part of his spirit. He recruits Akumi and the Warumo Gang again, along with a new agent, Ratto, to continue causing trouble for Mirumo and his friends, and approaches Saori Eguchi in the guise of Takumi Kiryuu, Saori's music teacher. He is destroyed for good when Saori's powers upgraded.

ネズミ/ラット, Nezumi/Ratto Voiced by: Rikako Aikawa (Japanese), Jason Griffith (English)
A fairy ninja, who is Yamane's older brother and Yashichi's cousin. Nezumi is quite caring for his sister and overprotective of her, often citing that Yatch is not a worthy partner for her. In the second half of the Golden Edition, on learning that Yamane had been possessed by Daaku, he reluctantly joined him under the name "Ratto" to save his sister.

江口沙織, Eguchi Saori Voiced by: Risa Hayamizu (Japanese), Veronica Taylor (English)
A quiet girl who is a professional flute player. Although she is a generally silent beauty and a bookworm like Dylan, she has one quirk: she sneezes whenever someone mentions a thing about love around her. She is able to see the fairies because she was under the control of Daaku, which during the whole season uses her powers to spread his evil into the human world.She eventually destroys him for good when her powers upgraded. At the end of season 2, she leaves Japan to study music in Germany. She is Kaede's most important friend.

桐生拓海, Kiryūu Takumi Voiced by: Hiroshi Kamiya
Saori's music teacher, who taught her to play the flute. He is very kind but is also a little clumsy. He appeared as the new teacher and helped Saori regain confidence in her flute skills. However, during the final battle with Daaku, they find out that Kiryuu is him in disguise. The real Takumi Kiryuu appears shortly after Daaku's demise.He takes Saori to Germany to study music at the end of the season.

タコス, Takosu Voiced by: Wasabi Mizuta (Japanese), Matt Hill (English)
An octopus robot. He travelled to the human world to collect the seven sacred crystals in order to save his girlfriend and the Crystal Land. He uses his mouth to take out accessories.

イカス, Ikasu Voiced by: Kosuke Okano
A squid robot. He was initially a rival with Tako.

パンタ, Panta Voiced by: Reiko Takagi (Japanese), Debi Derryberry (English)
A fairy spirit. He loves to play with Mirumo, who is really scared of him. His partner is Haruka Morishita.His instrument is a ukulele.

森下はるか, Morishita Haruka Voiced by: Satsuki Yukino (Japanese), Natalie Nassar (English)
Yuuki's childhood friend who is also her first love. Her ambition is to become a manga artist. She is very kind but is even scarier than Azumi when angry—usually with a smile that scares other people.

住田光一, Sumita Kōichi Voiced by: Tetsuharu Ohta (Japanese), Braden Hunt (English)
A very shy person who likes Kaede and has confessed his feelings for her. He is good at sports and has two younger twin sisters. Like Mirumo, he likes chocolates. He always supports Kaede.
