Jun 14, 09 ANNOUNCEMENT: No Musou Orochi Z (PS3) for North America and Europe
It is confirmed that Musou Orochi Z (rumored Warriors Orochi: The Collective) for the PLAYSTATION 3 will not be coming in North America (confirmed in E3 2009) as well as Europe (confirmed in London Expo May 2009).
The game is a PS3 repackaging of the first two titles in the series plus bonus new characters, stages, costumes and modes. It was going to be released in North America and Europe as Warriors Orochi: The Collective, but has since been put on ice.
However, the extra content in Musou Orochi Z will be added in Warriors Orochi 2 PSP with voice option enabled for both North America and Europe versions. This is the first Warriors Orochi title not to get a North American and Europe releases.

Musou Orochi Z for the PlayStation 3 will have:
* 12 new stages for Dramatic Mode (Dream Mode), and you are able to use any 3 of your characters in Dramatic Mode.
* Dodomekki and Gyuki are now able to use on any mode.
* You can now play alone with CPU in all VS mode.
* 4 costumes for each character, 4th costume is palette swap.
* New character - Benkei added.
* "Unknown female silhouette" as the last new character - to be revealed on in the end of February.
