Kisaki transforms into Fortune Tiara
Kisaki Tachikawa A 14-year-old drop out ESPer. She's a second year junior high school student. Her object of affection is Giniro Hashiba. Her ESPer identity is Fortune Tiara. She has e-cup breasts. She is the only known ESPer to posses the special Planet Photon electromagnetic waves and as such is asked to go train in America. Her mother is pulled into the tornado caused by Ebeko.

Giniro transforms into Fortune Quartz
A 14-year-old genius ESPer and the object of Kisaki's affection. He's also a second year junior high school student. He has an obsession with Kisaki's E-cups. His ESPer identity is Fortune Quartz. When his ESP powers first appeared at age 5, they were so strong that they blew up his home and family. His father and older sister died and his mother has been in a coma for 9 years. Due to those events he now lives at PSI headquarters and claims he has a debt to Hakase. He claims that Maron and Meroko (from Tanemura's Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and Full Moon respectively) are the idols of his heart
