This is because January and April are reorganization season of TV program in JP. I've heard about season 2 a bit Ciel won't come up. Sorry I don't know detailed information more. Anyway I'm looking forward to S2.

Yes, it's true. The official website's released they're preparing its second season. And nobody knows when it will begin but some of fans say it will begin in January or April next year
