Vandread


Set in a universe where men and women are completely segregated (on completely different planets: Mejere by the women, Taraak by the men), the gender wars are more than just a metaphor. Hibiki Tokai, a third-class laborer, takes up a bet to steal a high-tech humanoid robot, known as a Vanguard, from the male attack force battleship about to fight the "evil females". Caught on board when it takes off, the battleship is suddenly attacked and all males evacuate, with the exception of Hibiki, Duelo McFile, and Bart Garsus. Stuck on board and held as prisoners with female pirates all around, things seem to have hit an all-time low, until the retreating males retaliate by firing torpedoes at the ship, to prevent it from falling into women's hands. The Paksis Pragma, the core of the battleship, a mysterious crystalline entity, protects itself by eradicating the missile, while forming a wormhole that sends the pirates and warship to a distant part of the galaxy, and fusing the battleship with the females' pirate vessel, forming the Nirvana. This results in a quirky ship with very smooth lines, a host of technical problems, which some episodes are often aimed at solving, and various hidden capabilities that become apparent in later events. The Vanguard Hibiki attempted to steal has also been altered along with three of the women's fighters, known as Dreads, allowing the separate ships to combine. The fusion of Hibiki's mecha with one of the fighters is called a Vandread, the titular mecha. In this alternate, futuristic universe, men and women consider each other to be completely separate species (Hibiki gains the nickname "Mr. Alien" from Dita Liebely, the female protagonist), and the three men put up with much abuse at the hands of their female captors, but gradually make their presence accepted: Hibiki as a mecha fighter and technician, Duelo as a skilled doctor and engineer, and Bart as the ship's helmsman and navigator.

Hellsing


Hellsing chronicles the efforts of the mysterious and secret Hellsing Organization, as it combats vampires, zombie-like creatures called ghouls, a powerful werewolf, and other supernatural foes who threaten the kingdom of England. The name Hellsing is an alternate spelling of "Helsing", as in Abraham Van Helsing, from the Bram Stoker novel Dracula.

Ranma 1/2


The story revolves around a 16-year old boy named Ranma Saotome who was trained from early childhood in martial arts. As a result of an accident during a training journey, he is cursed to become a girl when splashed with cold water, but hot water will change him back into a boy. He has also been betrothed to a girl named Akane Tendo by both their fathers in order for them to pass on the Anything Goes Martial Arts Dojo. Stuck with the curse and at first unwilling engagement, Ranma must find a way to become a full man again.

Wolf's Rain



This anime is about a group of wolves searching for a place called paradise. The main characters are Kiba, Hige, Tsume, Cheza, Toboe, and Darcia. The story starts out with Kiba, a lone wolf walking the streets of a city known as Freeze city. He is infatuated by the smell of flowers and longs for a place called paradise. He meets other companions along his journey and together they search for the flower maiden which holds the key to paradise, but the world now hates wolves and they are pretty much on the brink of extinction, so Kiba and his pack face many challenges on their journey. Darcia is the main antagonist of the story and he longs to destroy paradise. Will Kiba and the other wolves be able to avoid distractions and reach paradise?

Bleach


Bleach is a story about a shinigami named Rukia who runs into a young man named Ichigo...and during their meeting a hollow appears and disrupts them and injures Rukia, so she is forced to give Ichigo her powers and he fights the hollow killing it instantly. Rukia later appears at Ichigo's school and to his surprise she becomes a student there and later on she is kidnapped by other shinigami and taken back to their world known as the soul society. Ichigo tries to defend Rukia but he is badly injured and now he must take the responsibility of a shinigami and he also makes a plan to go and save Rukia after he hears that she is to be executed. He meets others along the way that may be able to help him on his journey.

Gundam Seed

It's year 70 in the Cosmo Era, 11 months in a war between Earth Forces and Space Forces. Different views between Naturals(Earth) and Coordinators(Space forces). Earth opposed doing any experimental treatment to the human body...and Coordinators were for this experimental treatments for bettering and perfecting the human body. This different views triggered a terrible and bloody war with no end in sight. Kira Yamato, a young Coordinator living in Neutral Territory from the war, gets thrown into a Earth Forces Mobile Suit( or as they are know as G weapons) by a Earth Forces commander named

Inuyasha



Inuyasha is an anime about a girl named Kagome that travels through a well and ends up in Fuedal Japan (also known as the warring states era). She meets Inuyasha a Hanyou(half demon), Sango, Miroku, Kirara, and Shippou. Together the gang must work together in order to defeat Naraku, an enemy that has deeply effected everyone of these characters in a negative way. Kagome begins to fall in love with Inuyasha, however, Inuyasha's first love Kikyou has returned from the grave and now Inuyasha is split between Kikyou and Kagome. What will happen next...you gotta read the manga or watch the anime series!

Sailor moon



Sailor Moon is an anime about a young 8th grade girl named Usagi (Japanese) or Serena (English) that stumbles upon a talking cat named Luna. Luna gives her a special magic locket that transforms her into Sailor Moon. Usagi fights evil, powerful enemies that cause trouble through out the series. Pretty soon Sailor Moon joins forces with Sailor Mercury, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Venus. They all fight together and they become known as Sailor Moon and her sailor scouts. Usagi learns that she is the reincarnation of the Princess of the Moon(Princess Serenity) and must save the moon and Earth from total destruction. Will she save Earth in time?
