Description
Light Yagami (Or Raito) is an ace student with great aspects who's bored out of his mind. One day he finds the Death Note a notebook held by a shinigami (Death God). with the Death Note in hand, Light decides to create a perfect world. A world without crime and criminals. However when crime rates start dropping, and convicted criminals are found dead one by one, the authorities send the legendary detective L to track down the killer.

okay..for those who misunderstood the ID design: the ID is a profile of the owner (of the deathnote) which is written on the page of "how to use it" and NOT on the WHITE PAGES where you kill people
this means that the IDs are actually deathnotes given to the members (who ask for it/ are active)^^
