Jesse McCartney (born April 9, 1987) is an American pop singer songwriter and Daytime Emmy-nominated actor. McCartney initially came to fame in the early 2000s, as a member of the boy band Dream Street, and subsequently branched out into a solo career, having appeared on the television series Summerland. McCartney was born in Westchester, New York, USA,[1] to Scott and Ginger McCartney. His maternal grandparents are Dick and Joyce Sarber, from Mendocino County, California.[2] McCartney is a born-again Christian.[3] In 1988, his family relocated to Ardsley, Westchester County, New York, where he grew up with one brother, Timothy ("Timmy") Glover Mark McCartney (born December 20, 1996) and one sister, Lea Joyce McCartney (born July 7, 1991).Hey people!
