Echizen ryoma:archace
Ryoma is the main character in Prince of Tennis. After spending several years in America, Ryoma is enrolled at Seigaku. He manages to defeat two starters and becomes a Seigaku regular member, even though they usually don't allow that. Ryoma knows English pretty good and some people admire him because of that. He's nicknamed O'Chibi by Kikumaru because he's the smallest among the Regulars.


Tezuka Kunimitsu:archace2
Tezuka Kunimitsu is a tough team captain, but well respected by his team members. Like Ryoma Echizen, he was made into a Seigaku regular during his freshman year. He sees a lot of potential in Echizen. Despite his arm injury he still has a match with Echizen. He is very popular among the females fans, even though he rarely is seen smiling.


Oishi Shuichiro :
Oishi is a third year student at Seigaku and the co-captain of the tennis club. Along with Eiji Kikumaru he is part of Seigaku's "Golden Pair," a doubles team that made it to Nationals the year before the series takes place. Oishi is known as the mother of Seigaku, because he constantly worries and frets for the team's well-being.


Fuji Shusuke:goldenozaru
Shusuke Fuji is a tennis prodigy.He is always smiling, which makes him appear friendly and harmless, but when he is serious he opens his eyes. Then you should really beware. He is very analytical, seeking to expose the opponent's weaknesses, before attacking.He is the number two player at seigaku, right behind Tezuka. His main skill is his triple counter.


Kikumaru Eiji:Rukia_the_Artist
Eiji Kikumaru is a starter on the Seigaku team. He is an energetic and childish person, but can become serious if the situation calls for it. He is part of the Golden Pair, which consists of Eiji and Shuichiro Oishi. Eiji's specialty is acrobatic moves. His reflexes and flexibility are the best at Seigaku. These reflexes combined with his keen eyesight and incredible hand-eye coordination make him quite a tough opponent to beat.


Kawamura Takashi:xXxclintonxXx
Taka is a very timid person who has a second personality when playing tennis. He is one of the strongest players on Seigaku, in strength I mean. He often plays with Fuji doubles. Just don't give him a racket! If so, you're in for a HUGE surprise!


Momoshiro Takeshi:sageblast95
Takeshi is an 8th grader at Seigaku and is one of the starters on the Tennis Team. His special skill is the Dunk Smash and is a really powerful hitter. At the beginning, when Ryoma first arrive at Seigaku; Momoshiro played against him, even though he had an injured leg, and lost. He is one of the first ones to meet Ryoma and soon both become good friends.


Kaido Kaoru:
Kaido's nickname is "Mamushi" or the "Viper," which fits him well. He wears a bandana and often exhales making a "fshuuuu" sound, similar to a snake. Kaido does not like this nickname, and often reacts badly when called that within earshot, especially if the person uttering the nickname is Takeshi Momoshiro or Akira Kamio


Inui Sadaharu:
The brain behind Seigaku's team. He takes data for all the games, including personal data for his rivals along with teammates. He's formerly known as Seigaku number 3 (right behind Fuji and Tezuka) - the data tennis man. But after losing to Ryoma in the ranking matches, he became their manager for the first 50 episodes and he like to make a weird juice.
