Xxx holic is a story about almost a normal high school boy who happened to be gifted by the power of seeing spirits and(unlucky for him ) the spirits fine him tasty so they keep making his life misarbale ^ and to give the story more intersting twist
he happened that his parents are passed away since he was a kid or that what we know until now
and since watanuki is so helpless to face the spirits on his own he destined to meet a friend who called Doumeki ( who he can't stand and keep fighting him for evrything ) who happened to have a very strong spiritual power that spirite can sense and and get afraid of it because it is so strong that can vanish them ; so whenever watanuki is with Doumeki spirits keep away from him (of course Watanuki always keep naging about how annoyed he is about this fact ) and because he won't to spend all of his time with the girl who he have a very stupid crush about her
her name is Himiwari-chan but actually she have a long story of her own cause she have some kind of misfortune which is stuck with her since she was a child (she brings bad luck to the people who come near her except her parents )
