I Found This To Be a Great Story.
It's about a blind high school boy who comes to a village to live with his uncle. He meets a high school girl he takes a liking to but this girl is hated by everyone in the village over something her family has done in the past. She is the last member of that family to remain in town and unlike her family, has done nothing wrong, and is actually a good person even though she is beaten up and ...

    absolutely incredible
This was probably one of the best anime I've EVER seen. It was moving, powerful, and emotional. If you can watch this the entire way through without crying, you must be undead. After the first few episodes, there are many unanswered questions, but you have to trust me that once you watch it the entire way through all questions will be answered. And you need to watch until the VERY END of the ...

    I liked the series overall!
It's got a surprising number of twists and gut-punches for a show of this type. It starts off kind of predictable and then as the story progresses, it reveals layer after layer of drama without getting too complex. The ending left me pretty satisfied with the tale.

Bittersweet series (sad but worth watching)
Overall a good anime. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 due to the way the first half of the series was structured compared to the last half. This show will make you want to punch out an old man, a couple of kids (and their parents), laugh, and cry.

    Spoilers may be included below:

The first half of the series really felt out of context, even though it's a slice of life genre. We went straight from ...

    H2O: Footprints in the Sand
H2O: Footprints in the Sand is a very good show. however I was left with lots of question at the end of the last episode. I am not sure if it was a happy or sad ending. you must see, you will cry if you have a heart .......................................................!

One of the best tragic - romantic anime of all time.
This anime touched my heart the whole time. It definitely showed the power of love, and how strong it is. It definitely isn't a realistic story, but it can really teach you something. I kniw there were some times when we all hated the villagers because they hated on Hayami, but that just adds on to the feels. Definitely an anime to watch, and is definitely one of my favorites.

    In Depth but Short Anime
I found the anime to start off a little slow and somewhat generic. It wasn't until a few episodes in that the story truly develops. As the series nears the end, a lot of quite advanced events happen. Far more compelling than I thought a 12 episode anime could be. I'm still not entirely sure this was a great anime, but it was definitely well thought out. Clannad is still more depressing than this ...

    Nice name...shame about the show
Currently, there are only 5 anime which are adapted from visual novels which I enjoy very much- the 3 Key-Kyoto Animation partnership anime (Air, Kanon 2006 and Clannad), Higurashi and Steins;Gate. Coming into this particular one, I knew it could never match up to those 5. I knew the journey through this would be as annoying as hell given just the synopsis. But I kept a clear head and entered. ...

First thing to make me cry
    Lets keep this short.

    THIS IS A MUST WATCH.
i can proudly say that this anime claims the title of being the first to make me tear up. the ending was amazing. and each episode is a different story on its own (as stated by the title). Being that, the episode still manage to be connected by giving some sort of insight to the main backstory of the series. the story is beautifully put together and ...

    Well thats just dandy
    the bad -
From a story line perspective the anime leaps around a lot, its a bit hard to follow and at times seems completely random...

character emotional development lacked heavily in the middle of the series
starting out almost golden with the proper amount of mystery comedy and suspense
however it turns into a smut that would take a sadist to enjoy

the character logic.. my nephew is 7 ...
