An Utterly Worthless Cashgrab at Nostalgia And Beginners to Anime.
Edit As Of August 26th, By Peripheralvisionary (Please Read): You may disagree with the review I laid out before, and that is fine. You may think these first episodes are great, and more power to you. Maybe I have too high a standards or too warped of what entertainment should. However, upon viewing Episode 7 of the 4th Season, viewers be aware. It is nothing more than an edited rerun of ...

    6 episodes and then....reruns??
I don't really understand what this season is doing. The first 6 episodes are really good. The stories are really entertaining and the focus of the characters is really interesting and a sad story. This season started off really good, and the animation style has gotten a lot better and even more beautiful. So...what I don't understand is why, after 6 episodes, the series goes to....reruns? I don't ...

  • Half a season & Rest Reruns
When I first found out about Season 4 of this series, I was hyped. This is a series that knows how to grab you suspensefully & emotionally. Whether you like to admit it or not, every episode can "trigger" you in so many ways. And that is the best thing that I liked about Hell Girl as a whole.

Each Season's main story is different, but as a whole, Hell Girl is about Enma Ai, a damned soul who ...

The Morals of the Hell Girl . . .
It is late. A little after midnight, in fact. You sit alone, hunched over the glow of your computer in a darkened room. You have just clicked an on-screen button. A button you really should not have clicked. It has sent a simple message - a single name, the name of your tormentor. In the anxious silence that follows, you become uncomfortably aware that perhaps, you are not alone. You turn, ...

  • A really scary proposition
Just imagine for a moment if we really had Access to this resource. The power to send anybody to hell in a matter of seconds. How many cheaters, politicians, bullies, or math and PE teachers will disappear overnight?

The series portrays the pure desperation of the characters and an indifferent God hiding behind a “free will” clause, leaving no other option that appeal to demonic powers ...

  • Truly, much better than i ever expected
Honestly, I started watching this show as a time filler, for when the anime I knew I liked ---and watched--- wasn't on, and I was out of episodes. Therefore, I really wasn't expecting too much, just a dark show with dark comedy and while those things are both true, it's much more than that. It's also quite a thought-provoking show, and the main story intrigues you. The whole show really makes you ...

Makes You Think (Review after only 2 Eps)
Hell Girl, Forth Twilight is an interesting one for me.
I have never seen or read any Hell Girl, so the first episode was obviously pretty depressing and cringy..but it makes you think about how second motives dictate people in the worst of ways.
I'm assuming every episode is a different story but all consist of the same endings.

Hell Girl - The Antagonist gives protagonists a black

The best anime of this season, somewhat like Death Note.
An isolated, somewhat paranoid girl gains the power to send people to Hell.
This provides the same moral quandary that Light Yagami had in death note, the only ...

Great Anime to grab at your emotions
A negative anime to watch due to how evil people can be but it strikes at your emotions. You experience anger, sadness, and sense of justice with how the stories progress. Each episode tells a short story that helps progress the main story along and teach you about the characters true identities.

    Returning Fans of HG
Coming from someone who has watched the previous seasons of Hell Girl, this is very refreshing in my opinion. Honestly, I will say this is the most messed up season I have witnessed therefore, the most capturing. I like to write my reviews spoiler free so it gives returning Hell Girl fans a chance to check it out for themselves. May I add, the animation is top quality and the return of characters ...
