1. I see a blank white area where videos are. How do I fix?

Try downloading the latest version of Flash Player from adobe.com. If you are using Windows Vista, some people had to uninstall before reinstalling Flash Player for it to work. Another thing to try is to use a different browser, like Mozilla Firefox. If you use AOL, please try clearing your browser's cache. It seems to fix the problem for AOL users.

2. What's with the video saying Buffering...?

A lot of times the servers get bogged down at peak hours and the computers can't deliver videos as fast =( Please try again later, sorry! Sometimes people have Norton Internet Security or some other firewall program.. you might need to disable it.

3. Bandwidth exceeded?

If you watch too many videos, you may be temporarily blocked for a while. This is on a IP address basis.

4. My video file won't play.

Try playing it with VLC player from videolan.org. They have their own video codecs so it's better. It works great! Oh and sometimes you might need to rename your file with an extension (like .avi or .mpg) if it doesn't have one.

5. Why was my upload not approved?

If you upload licensed material, moderators from the cr community will disapprove it. They may also disapprove it if it's a duplicate or unsuitable for cr. If you feel like the upload was appropriate, please add a large note in the title and description in Step 1 of the upload.

6. Why aren't I getting emails (for verification too)?

Sometimes certain email providers block my emails =(.. It's mainly aol, aim, yahoo, and hotmail. Please check your SPAM folders!

7. How long does it take for my account to be upgraded?

If you donate by Paypal eCheck (like debit or bank account), Paypal may take a few days to process and clear it. Your account will be upgraded as soon as Paypal notifies the site of the pending transaction, which means u should be upgraded even before the eCheck clears! If you don't do eCheck, it should be immediate! If it's snail mail, I usually check my mailbox every few days and process them the day I get them.

8. Can I change my username?

Due to the complications it can cause, nope sorry =/
