  1. Why are there 2 prices listed for each item?

    The higher price is the normal price that everyone can purchase at but the lower price is a special discount for Premium Members. So in order to get the lowest prices, you should sign up for a Premium Membership subscription!
  2. Why is there no option to purchase the item?

    Each item is only available for a short period of time. So if there is no option to purchase the item, that most likely means that the item is no longer available though the page remains for informational purposes. To see what item is currently for sale, please follow this link here.
  3. How come the item isn't able to be shipped to my country?

    These items are all brought to you by a variety of difference vendors that we have partnered with. As such, each vendor has their own shipping methods/policies which can restrict the items to only be shipped in certain areas. So unfortunately you will only be able to purchase items through certain vendors that ship to your country.
  4. Is there any tracking information provided for these orders?

    Unfortunately we are not able to provide tracking numbers for the orders at this time. So as long as your order shows up as Completed on your Order Status page, you should expect the item to arrive within the shipping times that were listed on the order page for the item. If you do not receive the item within the pre-determined period of time, you should contact us so that we can have this looked into for you.
  5. Can I cancel my order?

    As is stated on each Daily Deals page, "All sales are final" so you will not be able to cancel the order after you submit it. Please only submit the order if you are absolutely certain that you want the item.
  6. Can I change the shipping information listed on the order?

    You will not be able to retroactively change the shipping information listed for the order. If you have made a mistake and listed the wrong shipping address, please contact us asap so that we may resolve this issue before your package is shipped out.
  7. What should I do if the item arrived but it's broken or defective?

    First things first, you should always inspect the package upon delivery or before opening it and refuse to accept the package if it's in poor condition. If the package seems fine and you open it but it's broken or defective, you should contact us so that we can try and get you a replacement.
