    Otome Fans: Get on this!
Ep3 was just released but I wanted to go ahead and yell about this series. For those unaware, Ikemen Sengoku is a mobile otome game where you're thrown back into the Sengoku era and essentially get to date some key historical figures (that are, of course, wildly fictionalized). The English release is still fairly new as of this review, so I was really surprised and super excited to find out about ...

  • Great supplementary shorts or as a standalone
I started playing the mobile otoge after Anime Expo and was delighted to see that an anime adaptation would be coming out. Imagine my shock when they turn out to be... CG CHIBIS!? Even so, they're 5 minute shorts so I figured why the heck not.

I recommend this series if you want something cute to watch when you have a few minutes (very short episodes!). The voice acting is great. I also highly recommend you try out the game if you're into that sort of ...

  • Funny and outrageous, adorable characters
Only the first episode is out as I write this but it is SO funny and cute. Love these little chibi characters! Nobunaga's second in command guy was hilarious gently poking fun at the anime tendency to name every fighting move some big elaborate name.
