Marketing Designer

We are currently seeking an ambitious, goal oriented individual to join our dynamic and highly-motivated team as a Marketing Designer. This person will be a member of a small, but growing design team and work closely with our marketing team focused on global media strategy for Crunchyroll. This position will have the opportunity to lead our marketing design efforts across various media channels, including display, email, landing pages, print, broadcast, social media, and beyond. You will eventually be expected to a lead a team of designers. These efforts will focus on growing awareness for our increasing suite of channels as well as driving user conversion to our premium offering. We want someone with a point of view who can inspire and challenge us to deliver incredible marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in an agency environment or at an in-house creative team for a major entertainment or consumer brand 
  • Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator from the current Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience driving conversion across many platforms and screens (i.e. TV, desktop, mobile)
  • Knowledge and understanding of CPA and CLV optimization
  • Advanced experience of typography and layout
  • Experience with video editing software is a plus (FinalCut, After Effects, Premier, etc)
  • Passion for entertainment and desire to work across many content verticals
  • A global sensibility is beneficial
  • Quick learner with ability to multitask and thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Team-oriented individual, positive attitude, energetic, result & delivery oriented, keen interest in quality and attention to detail
  • Can shoot a Nerf gun, but not too well
