Sr. Software Engineer - Data Science / Microservices

  • Propose, implement , A/B test and deploying new techniques in video recommendations.
  • Identify and propose new solutions to build data insights.
  • Data mining using state-of-the-art methods.
  • Identifying and building the necessary infrastructure.
  • Work closely with Product teams in architecting, designing, and implementing features that scale.
  • Create mathematical models to support anticipated scale/load.
  • Resolve technical issues in existing applications.


  • Strong coding, debugging and problem solving skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Go, Java or python
  • At least 1 years of experience in Spark, Hive , Sqoop and other big data technologies.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in building microservices and containers framework.
  • Experience building highly scalable, distributed systems.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational database programming.
  • Good knowledge of NoSQL solutions and experience in at least one specific implementation.
  • Thorough understanding of software architecture, object oriented design, and design patterns.
  • Master's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
