We are looking for a highly-motivated individual who can lead the growth of Crunchyroll’s service in Brazil and Portugal to be the premiere local anime streaming service. This position reports into the Head of International at Crunchyroll HQ.


  • Build and execute online & offline marketing plans
  • Grow relationships and develop partnerships with relevant local industry partners
  • Establish a local Brazilian Crunchyroll Ambassador team
  • Oversee local convention attendance and Crunchyroll exhibitions
  • Manage Portuguese Public Relations and press requests
  • Advise product and programming improvements to better suit local landscape


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Strong Marketing and Business Development experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of management/staff and effectively multitask
  • Knowledge of Brazilian anime market and anime in general
  • Independent, friendly, Internet savvy, and team oriented
