  • The Kalafina review!
This is probably one of my favorite bands ever. I always get excited and happy when I listen to their music its very unique to listen to. I highly recommend people to listen to "Red Moon", "Kagayaku Sora no Shijima ni wa", and "Sprinter". That is some of their best songs in my opinion and I never get tired of listening to these three.

Keep on being awesome Kalafina you guys get a 5/5 from me.

  • Ethereal, phenomenal, and absolutely amazing.
Oh my goodness. Where do I even begin?

Well firstly, if you haven't heard of them, GO LISTEN TO THEM NOW. Kalafina is one of the best musical artists I've ever had the pleasure of discovering. While the group is mainly known for the ending themes to the Kara no Kyoukai movies, they're not confined to just that image/sound. They've proven that they are successful in ...

  • Love Kalafina's Magia Single
Their single Magia really blew me away. It really fit in with Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and I loved both the anime and the song! The dark atmosphere and interesting lyrics really blew me away. They really added that little oomph to Madoka. Now I am their fan forever!

    Kalafina: Vocal trio
Kalafina is well known for providing haunting opening, ending, and insert songs that can sound anywhere from dark to exotic and dreamy. You can tell simply by a little listen to any of their songs, that the lovely ladies of Kalafina all have skill and work very, very well when put together into one group. I've heard them in many places, and they have always been one of my favorites with catchy, ...

    Pretty girls sound pretty good.
What is better than beautiful girls singing beautiful songs? Not a whole lot. This group of three girls can produce some very tragic melodies, but still have an overall sound that won't leave you depressed. I just want to win a signed shirt from them

  • More people should know about Kalafina!
If you dig "dark, tragic sounding music" and don't mind the fact that's it's in another language (unless you're Japanese yourself) then Kalafina is the group for you! They are by far my most favorite Japanese singing group and I recommend them to anyone with a good ear for music!

  • Simply amazing! A pure, deep and strong melody that reaches the soul.
Kalafina is the extend of my love for Yuki Kajiura. I first discovered her in the series Noir, in which she performed the song Canta per me, that is until now, perhaps my favorite anime song ever. The deep and strong melody that blends with her beautiful voice that translate into an upbeat opera has instantly charmed my senses. I was then happy to learn that she's behind many more anime titles in ...

Kalafina lives up to and surpasses their Kajiura Yuki roots.
Kalafina is a band that the western anime fandom has become more and more familiar with over the past few years, with their work on series including Sound of the Sky, Black Butler, the Garden of Sinners, and most recently, Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Members of Kalafina have made their voices heard in works before the formation of the group in various OST works and FictionJunction projects with ...

    Kalafina. Two Words: Freaking Incredible
This review will cover Kalafina's three albums: Seventh Heaven, Red Moon and After Eden their most recent album. I first got into this amazing band when I heard the song "ARIA" from The Garden of Sinners. This song was one of the ending theme in that series. I was blown away by the music because I they felt like a mix of Evanescence and Light Opera. I explored the rest of their music and what I ...
