Kalafina is a group created and composed by the famous Yuki Kajiura. Containing current memebers Hikaru Masai, Wakana Otaki and Keiko Kubota. This group has a special pop, electro, opera type of feeling in each of their song with strong vocals from Otaki with her soothing voice, adding Keiko's low voice and Hikaru's high notes, there able to create songs like: "Oblivious", "Kimi ga Hikari ni Kaete ...

  • Mesmerizing, I was instantly in love
From the first time I heard Kalafina (ending of Madoka), I was instantly addicted. I went and immediately bought the single, along with some other songs. Once I got around to getting Seventh Heaven, I was listening to their songs constantly! The dark harmonious combination of their voices is truly magical. I look forward to future songs!

  • Dark, melodic and beautiful!
Kalafina is a very unique group with a distinct dark vibe and beautiful vocals. They have mature and rich sounding voices that play awesomely into each of their tracks. From their song "Lacrimosa" used as the 2nd ED to Kuroshitsuji to their newer hit "Magia" ED of the series Puella Magi Madoka Magica, each and every song is full of meaning and carries emotion you don't hear in a lot of modern ...

  • Their songs are amazingly beautiful
I love their music, it's so beautiful. I was fortunately able to see their live performance at AX 2011 and it was the best performance live I've ever seen or heard. I hope that I'm able to see them again someday, hopefully they will come back to AX again in the future They're music videos are also very well done and I enjoy watching those as well Overall they're amazing

  • The Kalafina review!
This is probably one of my favorite bands ever. I always get excited and happy when I listen to their music its very unique to listen to. I highly recommend people to listen to "Red Moon", "Kagayaku Sora no Shijima ni wa", and "Sprinter". That is some of their best songs in my opinion and I never get tired of listening to these three.

Keep on being awesome Kalafina you guys get a 5/5 from me.

  • Ethereal, phenomenal, and absolutely amazing.
Oh my goodness. Where do I even begin?

Well firstly, if you haven't heard of them, GO LISTEN TO THEM NOW. Kalafina is one of the best musical artists I've ever had the pleasure of discovering. While the group is mainly known for the ending themes to the Kara no Kyoukai movies, they're not confined to just that image/sound. They've proven that they are successful in ...
