  • Worth a binge, you gotta spam it.
    Once I started I couldn't stop.
Its more of a lighthearted anime you don't have to read much into and I think that's what makes it a fun watch.
I also couldn't help but love the characters, their personalities are one of the stronger points of this anime.

  • If you could guide the future...
If Her Flag Breaks is your standard harem comedy-drama, with super-natural themes, light ecchi moments and some (mostly-light) action-related injuries and/or violence. The plot centers on a teenage boy ("Souta") who can see 'flags' over people's head that predict their futures; he can also change those futures by cutting existing flags or creating new flags. This creates the drama, in that ...

  • Utterly and Unabashidly Fanterribad with a creative premise
Starts out interesting, middles slightly above average and ends on such a bizarre note that it's almost hard to be mad.

If you like peculiar anime with a pretty decent MC, girls and bats**t crazy endings then this is the one for you!

A solid 3.9 out of 5, not the best but nowhere near the worst

  • A less than fulfilling harem
While the ending of the series took itself more seriously and actually worked to flesh out the story and main character a bit more, absolutely every other moment in this series was as bare bones as physically possible and gave into some of the worst harem genre stereotypes out there while avoiding all the shamefully enjoyable stereotypes. Other than there introduction of each girl, we learn ...

  • Didn't like it. Didn't hate it. What just happened??
This show is............odd. So many chicks to fall in love with, but then everything gets all what-the-heck by the end of the show. It's just so............odd! It was fine for what it was, but I'm still asking what was that. Give it a go if you're bored, but you could probably do better. Just being honest.

If Her Flag Breaks. An inspiring Anime.
Firstly, I would like to point out that not EVERYONE likes EVERY anime. So please stop hating on this anime just because it isn't your full perverted experience.

Secondly, This anime teaches everybody that watches it some pretty good lessons. Friendship, trust, etc. (Probably Sound Pretty Lame Saying It That Way) But overall this anime really does teach the viewer A LOT.

    Lastly, This was ...

If Her Flag Breaks - What The Flag?
Kanojo ga Flag wo Oreratara, or 'If Her Flag Breaks', is a very, very strange show. The running theme of the show is that people have little flags that appear atop their head indicating something significant is about to happen in their lives. Whether that be something simple like an upcoming friendship or romance, or more serious like their death... every significant event has a flag. Most people ...

    It was okay I guess...
It's okay to watch it but if you don't it's not something you will miss...Harem type school setting with solitary hero concept.

I liked the sibling love between Souta and Nanami - how he can never see any flag on Nanami's head. I liked the bromance with the gender-confused Megumu and the lolly granny and of course the cyborg Ruri. :)

In general however, story is a bit confusing and weird for ...

    Oh, Where Should I Begin?
Honestly, I was going to give up on this series so many different times. Nonetheless, what kept me intruged was the underlying mystery for the main character. That alone carried me through many eye-rolling moments and scenes that looked like they were for a younger audience. Oh, yes, despite its looks, this show really shouldn't be for younger audience do to a few mature themes. As for an analysis ...

    Could have been better
Not much to add that other's haven't already mentioned. Harem style anime that seemed to start okay, but seemed to go awry mid-way through and never recovered. I would have liked to have seen the more fantasy plot develop rather than the matrix plot that ended up taking place.
There were so many main characters that I felt some of them got lost in the background so the time the show ended I was ...
