They are so stupid. They have a power up they never use, she can port so why not use it to remove the flowers. Freaking out and failure to act kills more people. Keeping your head in the game during a crisis is the #1 most important skill.

Pshaw! Flashy abilities, but such lousy scenes. The ice shards got frozen in time, but when unfrozen, fell as if they were physically stopped. Which is it, then? Bah, kids' show, typical senseless plot. At least 2 of them got rosed.
