Kiddy GiRL-AND this is a sequel anime!!!
This is a great anime. I have always wanted there to be a sequel to Kiddy Grade. I actually own the original. I have seen again and again. I first saw this on another site and now that CR is adding this to their list of animes truly rocks!! Even if you have not seen the first anime Kiddy Grade there is an explanation as to the occurrences from 25 years ago up till now, to think that the GOTT ...

    Average - O.k. Title
My original expectation for this was high since I very much liked the first Kiddy Grade. Here we don't get to see very much of the original E-Clair or Lumiere. Instead, we are introduced to apprentice ES members.

It has been a while since I viewed this, The first half of the season I would classify this as a comedy before it started to get serious in becoming an action/adventure like the ...

  • Kiddy Girl-And why it's called that.
Anyone expecting further adventures of the two main characters from Kiddy Grade will be disappointed right off the bat. It would seem the creators have told all the stories they wanted to about them in the first series.

Instead, we get a story of 2 & 1/2 new girls taking place in the same universe 25 years or so after the events in Kiddy Grade. So thus, the title Kiddy Girl-AND.

    Unlike ...

    It had potential and failed...
To each their own opinion, we all cannot agree on everything. I do not expect most to agree with what I think.
With that said though, I was highly disappointed with this series. I loved the cameos by the originals, especially Eclair and Lumiere, since Kiddy Grade is one of my favorite series. I did not mind Q'feuille, D-air or most of the others. My biggest issue was Ascour, she may have the same ...

  • Average, but not worth to be called Kiddy Grade' sequel
Arghh my eyes, my eyes are burning ! Why did I watch this until the end ?!

If you've watched Kiddy Grade, consider Kiddy Girl-And not as a sequel but as some kind of spin-off.

Eclipse, Eclair and Lumiere have different powers from the original serie. the new characters and the plot are just a whole nonsense. The 4 "evil power users" look like former ES members, but they aren't.

    What have ...

  • Campy, trope heavy, kinda OK
Of course, like everyone else, I was hoping for another Kiddy Grade. What is delivered is not something that's not entirely Kiddy Grade, but just enough that they could have Kiddy in the title.

The first half of the season is incredibly trope heavy, camping on every single possible trope they could find, and providing no significant plot movement at the same time. I gave up on watching this ...

    Stand's on it's own...
This series takes place many years after Kiddy Grade(which I liked very much) and I suppose you could call it a sequel. The GOTT has been replaced by the GTO but still provides the same service and their still called ES agents although are main characters Ascoeur and Q-feuille and Di-air(who show's up a few episodes in) are cadets in training and work at the in-house café they still have their ...
