    Because its worth it
Well I certainly didn't think this was going to amount to anything. Though it did have some street credit being the same product from the minds that brought you Gurren Lagann. Mind you I was somewhat 50/50 on Gurren Lagann. Not to say Gurren Lagann was bad it probably just wasn't my cup of tea. But I did have a personal opinion on the matter and thankfully Kill La Kill did outshine that personal ...

    Absolute, over the top, awesomeness!
The entire team that brought you Gurren Lagann and Panty & Stocking has reunited at Studio Trigger, the newest animation studio on the block, to present one of the most over the top action series in a long time! Kill la Kill presents a very unique story with an interesting concept behind the powers in this series and blends it with wild, jaw-dropping animation and over the top fight scenes in the ...

  • unexpectedly one of my favorite things of all time.
where to start... ill keep it short and sweet. its quick. more happens in 24 episodes and an OVA than entire arcs and series. it keeps you on your toes, even if things get spoiled, how the show presents the plot is so fantastic it doesnt even matter. characters are made beautifully, with a classic art style with a modern finish. its action mainly, with comedy strewn throughout.... oh mako. the ...

  • Action packed! Amazing!
I am here to write about KILLlaKILL! Its a good show with a lot of action and comedy! I just have to say that I don't care about how they are suggestively dressed because that means nothing to me I am all about the action! A must watch! If you like Gurren Lagann you would love this!

  • Amazing Show, Amazing Animation, Amazing Character Development
amazing, funny and full of action. Animation is spot on where every episode is so interesting it never seems to bore you. must watch anime defiantly. The story is funny and reasonable, a bit basic but worth it because of the demonstration to the animes cool ness.

god came down from heaven and said: LET THERE BE COSPLAY
because this show is 100% A-1 "please let there be hot chicks wearing this stuff at the next con or at least on google images" source material.

that aside, if you can look past the pretty frequent annoying yelling that happens (why on earth anyone ever things Straight Up Yelling is actually *content* i will never understand), it's a dang awesome show with a beginning and an end, and good ...

  • Probably my favorite anime
I have never seen such a well done anime. I was weirded out in the start but after that it just kept on getting better and better. The fight scenes are totally awesome and the characters are really well executed. You fall in love with the characters from the start. I even cried at the end. Its totally worth the watch.

  • One of The Best Animes I've Seen In A While
I just finished this show last weekend and wow. It was a long journey. I loved it through and through. If you can handle the partial nudity of this anime(which all otakus should be used to) it is a really good anime with a moving plot. The animation was beautiful and the characters were creative and hilarious. This one is going to stay in my memory for a long time. Thanks, Crunchyroll!

  • The Art of Using/Wearing Less
Kill la Kill is all about the art of using less, sometimes it pulls it off masterfully, like in the first episode where the giant explosions pop in a single frame leaving a giant crater and some screen shake for impact, other times they use it for maximum comedic effect like with Ryuko's school friend Mako's dialogue -switching between 3 poses, with 2 frames each- to enemies flying ...
