It's So Original Yet So Unoriginal
This is quite original as it is unoriginal. What I mean is, this anime has taken basic scenario events for your stereotypical anime, and given it a kick boost.

It's nothing very new, your basic main character fiasco with robots beating the living heck outta each other, but at the same time it's playing with a different idea.

The first episode show the main character being good at something, ...

Rushed harder than noobs rush B
I'm someone who reads the novel so I came into this show with bias. They skipped a lot of content, content that they could have easily made 3 episodes of and most of those content should have been damn good. Instead they rushed it so they can show off their precious toys. When I read the novel, it wasn't the mechs that enticed me, it was Ernesti's relationship with the people around him. Here it's ...

Magic and mechas in a paralell world.
The first episode looked great to me, and it continues to keep my attention through the season. There are points where it seems to be a little rushed, or could use more background details, but that is easy to look past.

This is an interesting combination of 2 ideas, where you take a person to be reborn into another world with magically driven mechas. Naturally it helps a great deal that he ...

    Magical Mecha and Insipid Character
Holy BALLS, I love the magical mecha in this series. Let me get that out of the way first. If you want some mecha eyecandy, then look no further, for this series crammed with ornate designs and tiny bits genuinely interesting speculative magic-science regarding how they work.

The elevator pitch for Knight's & Magic is fantastic: "Gifted programmer, and cog in a large corporate ...

A pleasant surprise for mecha fans.
I am a big fan of the manga and light novel so it is no surprise that I have found a new love in the anime adaption. While the plot may feel 'rushed' considering they compressed a number of chapters from the manga/novel into one episode, that is by no means a downside. While the build up does not hold the same impact if you have read the manga or novel, the visuals and music definitely make up ...

Mecha Eye Candy - Boring Story
This anime is as an excuse to show off great looking and very intricate mechas. The story just seems to be an after thought. Nothing bad ever seems to happen to the main characters. Anytime they're faced with a challenge, they always effortlessly overcome it.

It's worth watching if you love mecha's and don't care about a dry story. I certainly enjoyed it for that aspect, but the lack of a good ...

Reincarnated in a new world to achieve your life long dreams of building a gundam.
So I started watching Anime in 1998. I remember when a good season meant : One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Code Geass, Death Note, Nana, Welcome to the NHK, Honey and CLover, Higarushi and Haruhi, Black Lagoon insert 100s better shows here. I am a deeply cynical/pessimist about the state of Anime today. In My disappointment this this the current state and this is probably the most interesting anime ...

This is a great fun anime!
After watching many different types of anime, this is like a breath of fresh air.

The anime is face paced and fun, as of writing this review we are currently 7 episodes in and they have been a great 7 episodes so far!

I love Eru's love for mechs and how he is able to control magic as he would programming.

The character development is a little slow but great none the less.

    The ...

Ok, but not great, makes you long for better
K&M's biggest sin is it makes me miss the series that use each part of it better.

Reincarnation into a magical world: K&M could have done without it entirely, just letting Ernesti be a robot-loving genius. Done better in Tanya the Evil.

Mecha in magical setting: K&M has them on such a high powerscale that nations don't field anyone not in a mecha. That's before Ernesti sets off DBZ-level ...

The greatest thing I've ever watched.
    CRUISE CONTROL IS ON
    DO YOU LIKE GUNDAMS?
    DO YOU LIKE MAGIC?
DO YOU LIKE MONSTERS GETTING PWNED?
HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO WATCH GUNDAMS BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF MONSTERS?
LET ME TELL YOU THIS IS THE ANIME FOR YOU!
The series so far is everything I could've hoped for in an anime. They utilize time skips in a proper and well thought out manner. The pacing is somewhat fast but its really good so ...
