  • Couldn't make it very far
I like foxgirls/catgirls/etc, yuri, slice of life, and cute things, so I probably went into it with higher expectations than it could stand up to. I didn't get very far and have no interest in going back to it, which is too bad. The art is good and the characters are cute but I really don't buy the main character's "I just wanted to work at a hotel as my dream" thing which made me roll my eyes ...

  • Weird but Cute fantasy story
"KITAN" means "weird story" in Japanese. Indeed this show is weird story - they are not human, KONOHANA-TEI is not in our world. Most of customers are non-humans - gods, spirits and YOUKAIs. Yet, this show is very human. Yuzu is just like a little child. She so easily cries, upsets and smiles. Her emotion is considered "weird" in their world - and that moves the story. One day when I leave this ...

  • Makes me feel better
This show was definitely a nice little surprise in the Fall 2017 season. What's not to love: fox girls, yuri, slice of life, and the occasional feels? The story definitely starts off slow but it takes it time to introduce a wide variety of characters who each have some story and background to invest thoroughly in. Lesbian Foxgirls. 10/10

  • Kitsune overload!!!!
I really think this anime is very cute and colorful. I enjoyed the story of these varying personalities, and I don't see how anyone couldn't love these characters. It's a Kitsune Slice of Life, and a hot spring hotel I would definitely stay in. Even with spirits visiting, I'd love to be there!

    Very Feel Good Anime
I went into this show excepting a cute little comedy, which it is but it grew into something beautiful and full of feels. Konohana Kitan shows you how to appreciate the simple things in life, and care for yourself and those around you. It's cute, pure, and I cried a surprising large amount while watching it. Highly recommend it for people who need a pick me up.

  • Beautifully Animated Series.
You could watch this just for the animation but it does have a very good story and wonderful characters don't know a whole lot about Japanese fables or myths but it appears that many of the episodes were about that the main cast is all female foxs and just super cute and very upbeat. Their is a bit of fan service no violence and is a fantasy anime with many gods and a few humans but not many. I'm ...

  • sweet slice of life supernatural anime
I like a laid back anime from time to time, and this one is a winner.

Likable cast, nice blend of stories, interesting premise of a pretty impressive inn on the border of reality and the supernatural.

The yuri love angle is present, but didn’t impact the story in a negative way for me. It was more a notice me senpai vibe than anything else.

I found myself looking forward to next ...

  • This anime surprise me. Worth a watch.
Just caught up all 12 episodes of Konohanate Kitan. At first I thought it's just another cutesy daily life anime. The more I watch it the more I realize there is a lesson to learn in terms of attitude toward life and happiness. And the last few episodes are quite pro-founding.

  • Immensely enjoyed this anime!
Love the beautiful stories in each episode. The opening music is beautiful together with the opening scenes. The art is incredible. The wood looks so much like wood! I love it! I hope there is a second season for this kind of anime. It's not often you get to enjoy a story without having to go through scenes with gore or with innuendos! The friendship and Suzu with her childlike innocence is ...

  • Welcome cherished guests
Konohana kitan follows the story of Yuzu, a young fox girl who starts as an attendant at an inn that caters to various types of guests and gods.

The stories told in the episodes are usually endearing and hold a cute life lesson. Kindness, friendship, forgiveness, and seeing interactions on life events.

Its a really cute series that i recommend for others to enjoy. There wasn't a single ...
