It seems to me that they forgot that Kata would have died if it were not for Kuro making a pact with him. Its not like she was "hey i like you! lets make a pact!" So Kata and the chick should be easier on Kuro about making the contract.

Anyone else annoyed with an anime that has a set destiny with everyone? That there is a chosen one between 3 people and that if you are a sub you are cursed with no luck (bad luck?). I don't like the idea that he can't change his destiny.
