Forget the male harem, this is good.
I wasn't sure if I was going to like this or not. The first episode was a bit rushed with too many characters being introduced in my opinion. However, the second episode has shown a marked improvement and we're beginning to get to know some of the characters in more depth.

I much prefer the heroine in this series than the one in the first series as I feel this one is very typical of a child ...

    Hoping to meet expectations
From watching the previous La corda d'oro series I simply state that if you like classical music, and beautiful characters performing, it is a show worth watching. They give a good feel for the characters right away but I am rather more curious of how this series relates to its predecessor. So I admit that a third of my reason for watching it is out of curiosity. However I am disappointed that ...

    La corda d’oro blue sky
this is not a continuation to the last two series it is a stand alone series which makes it odd that they even make the point to put La corda d’oro in the title to it. their are no faeries and it just seemed like it was made to make money. i will say this their times that the story is good but it just seems like a really bad bootleg. if yu enjoy the series don't watch this it just a waste of time

    La corda d' oro blue
This a great spin off from the original and im a la corda d'oro fan to the end hina ended up with len by the way. Ive been waiting for this forever and was really excited but the only thing that I think is a negative is a dramatic sloppiness that I can't bypass I just feel like I need more a slight more romance, but I do like how they have focused on the passion of music like the nodame series, ...

    not the same at all...
I will just start by saying that this series was not in any way, shape, or form related to the original anime "La Corda d' Oro" (primo passo or secondo passo) in the way that was expected or anticipated.

The only thing connecting this to the original is that it has music and a female main character, which isnt much at all. There is no fairy, no magic, very little to no plot and too many ...

Not of the same caliber as the previous la corda d'oro series
This was so stunningly bad that I stopped watching after the fifth episode and skipped to the last two in order to see how it all wrapped up.

Kanade was a pitiful main character. Why did all these guys fall for her? She doesn't have much in the way of a personality or self-confidence. I often found myself wanting her to just give up and disappear from the show.

The animation for when they ...

Oh Dear...This Was Not What I Expected.
I had high expectations for this season of La Corda d' Oro. Let me just repeat that: very high expectations. After the glorious first season, I thought that I would be treated with another group of episodes with great classical music, interesting characters, nice plot, nice setting, good pacing, and more.

Well, this season fell flat... completely flat.

The setting was pretty much the ...

    Not something i'd watch again..
It was a tedious task to get through this anime, i am not sure of its origins but it feels like they were just making up the plot as they went along. I expected some romance or even drama but it just ended up being one overly long dragged out series about a lass who can play the violin better then everyone else. Therefore this gets a rating of 1/10. (Avoid this if your expecting something good)

I tried.. I realy did -- Kanade: *with a confused look* "Huh?"
    I would rate this: ★★☆

I came into this Series with an open mind. Firstly, I actually listen to classical music on a regular basis (at least weekly). Secondly, "La Corda d'oro ~primo passo~ and ~secondo passo~ " was highly rated, and I still plan on watching that one, but for which ever reason, decided to watch this one first. Lastly, I have even enjoyed a number of ...
