Overview
A drama about a man and woman who come to know true love after unexpected circumstances cause them to live under the same roof. Singer and songwriter Tamaki Koji returns to acting after a 8 year hiatus, to star opposite Kanno Miho in this drama. Koji plays a very kind policeman; a champion of the weak and a pacifist. Having lost his wife 4 years earlier, he has been saddled with the arduous task of raising 3 children singlehandedly. Kanno stars as the unfortunate heroine with an ugly personality who grows through her encounters with this good natured middle aged man.

Matsuda Yoko starts out as a girl whose mom never loved her. Upon this tragedy, Yoko believes happiness is not meant for her and she would never find love. As Yoko grows, she goes to Tokyo and decides to end her life there and jumps off a bridge. Upset, Yoko finds out she's still alive and she stumbles into a restaurant where two detectives and a cop are eating and faints.

Kataoka Yuji is a retired detective, leaving the dangerous life to become a cop. He has three kids and is a widow. When Kataoka and his friends take Yoko to the hospital, they question her and she lies and pretends she has amnesia to forget about her past. Kataoka takes pity on the pretty woman and takes her into his house.

Kataoka's home is full of life, joy, happiness, and love and Yoko's life has been dull without it. How will the two cope when more obstacles come their way? When Yoko gets caught up in her lies and when Yoko finds love and Kataoka has been keeping a secret about something important. Life can get a little crazy.
