Alvida

In the beginning of One Piece, "Iron Mace" Alvida led a crew called the Alvida Pirates and captured a young boy named Koby, forcing him to work for her. Luffy shows up to help Koby, defeating the Alvida Pirates and Alvida in the process. Lates in the series, Alvida consumes the Sube Sube no Mi (Sube Sube Fruit), which not only grants whoever consumes it slippery skin, but also grants the user phenomenal beauty. This makes the user resistant to most physical attacks, but is left weaker to elemental attacks.

Attacks

Sube Sube Spur
Buggy's crew sets up a ramp for Alvida. She takes off her sandals and slides down it with her Sube Sube no Mi powers and slides along the ground. Alvida can also slide along the ground without a ramp if she slides on the ground barefoot for long enough to build momentum for speed. It can be used in tandem with Kanabou.

Beauty Exposure
Alvida often clothes herself with a heart-adorned pink cloak, taking it off when the opponent least expects it. This stuns the opponent long enough for Alvida to hit the person with her club. This attack does not always work on women or men, as one can have strong enough willpower to resist her charm. It can be used in tandem with Kanabou.

Kanabou (Iron Club)
Alvida swings her iron club and attempts to hit her opponent with it. This is her most common attack. Combined with either her Sube Sube Spur or her Beauty Exposure, this attack can be lethal to anyone caught up in it.

Pistol Shot
Alvida fires a pistol bullet at the enemy, seriously injuring him or her. If used against Alvida's smooth skin, its speed can be several times faster than a regular bullet.

Alvida's Smooth Skin
This is more of a passive skill, as this skill is always functioning. This is a sort of armor that makes most physical attacks useless. When it is used with Pistol Shot, it can also be used as an indirect offense.

Sharp Nails
When Alvida is stuck in a corner, she resorts to using her sharp nails to slash at her opponents, which usually works only on normal enemies.

HakI

Busoshoku Haki
Her Haki is very weak, so very tough opponents like Enel could easily defeat her because of it.
