Anemone

Anemone is perhaps one of the most volitile characters in the series. She was subjected to the cruelest of scientific methodes which had a severe physical, mental and emotional impact on her. she suffers from random outburst of anger, Laughter and crying , (sometimes all three), frequent, painful head aches, nose bleeds, which can be temporarily treated with a type of drug that was made specifically for people that underwent the type of medical experimentation she was exposed to. Basically the experiments where intended to turn her into a coralian (The same race the Eureka is).

When she first appears, she is presented as a remorsless killer, asking Eureka and Renton to (Die for me okay?) in thier first battle. As her character progresses you find that she is actually confused and scared and is only remoresless while on the effect of the drugs. Towards the end of the series her character pulls a complete 180 as renton and eureka overhear her saying that she (wants to buy a mirror to practice smiling).

Anemone is a very well played out character, brilliantly designed and progresses masterfully through out the series.
