Overall
Overall well done. It looked like all the actors and and the audience were having fun. (who likes a show where it isn't fun for anyone? An idiot, that's who)
I was slightly impressed when I saw this. I expected it to be rather cheesy, but I'm proud to say i was disappointed in that area.
Storyline
Whether following the storyline or just having tons of fun, it was made enjoyable. Although I was slightly disappointed in Ichigo vs Byakuya fight how Ichigo didn't lose control of his hollow. And I wish they could have done a show with the Espada, Ichigo vs Grimmjaw, Ichigo vs Ulquiorra, and then the big show down with Ichigo vs Aizen. But oh well, I can't have everything in life.
Music
My goodness, I loved the music. Everyone singing was incredible. The songs where catchy. Not annoying, but catchy.
Characters
Everyone was fantastic. There was enough depth to satisfy yet not overdo. Even the extras were awesome, which is something you don't notice in every production.
On a sidenote, I'm glad they dropped Sado's and Orihime's characters.
Acting
The acting was well done. I loved the humor everyone added in their own little way. Rukia's character (it must be noted) was probably the best in acting.
The storyline for the musicals is based around the manga -not the anime-, which is nice, meaning no fillers. The singing is fantastic and all that hard work shows as the musicals go on. The only disappointment is that a few of the semi-important characters were left out, such as Uryuu Ishida and the people he came in contact with such as Mayuri, nor was there a Yamamoto (though I don't have any complaints about that), etc. But overall all the effects, the way the Bankai's were brought to life was just fabulous as well was the acting, music, and singing. Once they end it just makes you want more of it.
