i luv this anime soo much i want to keep watchin even tho it's sad but i still lik it :D
i hope the ppl who never c it i hope they will i wonder wat they think bout it tho so... yeah go blood+ also saya n haji r my fav couple

Blood + follows the story of Saya Otonashi, a high-school student in Okinawa, Japan. After trying to retrieve her training shoes from the school at night, she learns that she is the only person in the world that can destroy grotesque creatures called Chiropterans, and her evil younger sister Diva, who's voice is like an angel but is a cruel devil on the inside. With her faithful Chevalier Haji, and her brothers Kai and Riku, she goes on a blood-curdling journey across the globe to destroy Chiropterans!

A good anime had nice animation and a good ending they named vampires as chiropteran and really would make you wanna watch i say that cause im more of a Comedy person but this was good.Watch the anime to find out more about blood plus..Thanks!!!

Chiropteran – is an un-dead monster with a grotesque figure once human, but changed. Lucky there is a secret organization called Red Shield, they exist to hunt down the Chiroptearns and figure out how they come to exist.

It is the year 2003, in Okinawa. A high school girl Otonashi Saya spends her life peacefully with her adopted father George and his two adopted sons Kai and Riku.

Saya cannot seem to remember anything before one year ago.

Her father is strangely visited by a man named David, who seems to be hiding something about himself and Saya.

Finally, she meets Haji, a mysterious figure in a black suite playing a cello. He seems to know a lot about her past, yet is very silent.

On her way back to school to pick up something she forgot, a Chiropertan confronts her and trys to kill her, when Haji comes and saves her and teaches her that only her blood can kill these Chiropertan and the source of the problems.

and from that day she try to remember her past and save the world........

it's a horror,mystery,drama,vampire,action anime,me i love this anime especialy horror one.......
so if u want to believe me just watch the first and the second episode u will see.....

honestly, i'm not into horror. However, this anime is incredible. for some reason, i'm not scared at all. i found the interesting plot frustrating. it keeps me think every episode. what will happen next? i wonder who is she really. is he really dead? while watching this show, i found the flashback interesting. some parts may give you creeps, but is too interesting to stopping watching.

for those who love mystery, watch it! you won't regret.

The title says it all ! This anime has a lot of bloody, gory scenes .
Especially in the first 10 seconds . I was really not expecting that, regardless the title (x .
Anyway , I couldn't give a whole 5 star for overall due to the following reasons :

Storyline : The storyline is pretty good ! A handfull of the characters have their own stories .
They don't just come and go without even saying anything about their past and so on . But, it's
kind of shakey once you get towards the middle . It has a lot of Flashbacks too, so yup yup . 4/5

Music : I actually like the op/ed songs ! But , I didn't really like the fourth opening . Nor the eds o_o
I really liked the first, second, and third opening for this anime ! If I remember correctly :
[First -- Aozora no namida, Sec --SEASON'S CALL , Third -- Colors of the <3] 4.5/5

Characters : I didn't really have any problems with the characters but some annoyed me [Kai -.-] 5/5 !

Animation : The animation is kinda blaah . Well, it's pretty old so yeah, that kinda explains ^u^ Otherwise, 4/5

Anyway, this anime IS a tear jerker . It is so sad if you think about it [once you've watched it] . It renders you thinking about what's going on, what's gonna happen and all the other W's . Good enough to second a B list . 3.5/5 overall (:

Blood plus is one of my favorite anime, at first i don't want to watch it because i really tough that it is a scary anime story (i hate scary things) but then my sister's classmate said that it is a great story so after that me and my sister watch it at first we couldn't understandis until we watch the next episode,since then i watch almost everyday even it's all ready been telecast....... blood plus is my first anime story that i always watch!!!!

I like to keep reviews short and to the point:
Everything about this series was done almost perfectly.
The art style combines CGI and hand-drawn animations so seamlessly.
The soundtrack is outstanding, composed by Hans Zimmer and Mark Mancina.
The most captivating story, believable characters, awesome action, and great voice actors.
This is my favorite anime series.

It's awesome, it's better than quite a few animes I have seen so far. Hadji is awesom but Xaya is kinda too emotional oh well I love it anywayz, Blood Plus is also a wwwonderful anime ith vivid images... its a suprise not every singlke anime lover out there has seen it, its too awesome to be unknown, but little children should be kept away at all time some scenes are too gruesome so the child may either
A. Cry
B. Scream
C. Have Nightmares
D. Wet his/her Pants
E. All of the Above

Blood Plus is truly one of the most astonishing anime I've ever watched. The story is great, interesting and full of surprises that will send us into whirlwind of emotions, the characters were great, too, plus the fact that they are handsome too! The music is cute! Haha! actually, me, my sister, my niece, and my sister-in-law almost memorize the tune of all songs used in the series! (haha! sad to say, only the tune!) After finishing all the episodes, I could say that I'm really into it! Whoa! I really do love the love triangle between Saya, Haji and Solomon. Weeee, I could hardly sleep after watching the last episode!! You know, the story is left open so I'm still hoping for a SEQUEL!! And I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ONE!^_^ So, guys! I'm really encouraging you all to watch! You'll surely be filled with soo many emotions! especially with the cute lead male characters! Haha!:D Enjoy!!!
