Overview
Saki Morimi is a young woman on her graduation trip in America. When she goes to visit the White House, she gets herself into trouble with the police. To her luck, she is saved by a rather odd passerby, who tricks the police into searching for him. However, a new trouble arises. The fact that he has a gun in his hand and is naked on the street is the least of his problems. The young man cannot recall his memory and to his wonder, and future dismay, he carries a phone containing 8 200 000 000 yen.
