Overview
Fuuta known as ranking Futta was found by Tsuna in episode 19 on Katekyo Hitman Reborn!. He is seen with a giant book where he writes his rankings. He is soon accepted by Tsuna to be part of the Vongola family. He is good with I-pin and Lambo. Though his rankings go way off when it's raining. It's said he contacts the ranking gods. So when it rains, it's like he got disconnected.
