I watched nothing but Miyazaki Ghibli productions when i got back into anime two years ago.

This was interesting to watch. You can see the influence of Papa-Miyazaki but it felt more like a film meant for adults rather than a kid's movie, which Miyazaki's other movies were, to a degree. Still excellent; I await more Goro.

i liked this movie, although it wasnt from hayao miyazaki, it was still good

A little disappointed. Goro's character weren't as well rounded as Miyazaki's. Too serous unlike Miyazaki. =( I still liked the movie, tho. ;P

this is one of the greatest movie i've watched .... i feel like crying at the end, but still its an happy ending at the end.. i wish for more but i guess this is the end of all,... well then, thx to all upload..... sayonara minna:) ;P

this movie is touching and kind mystifying i love the le guins's books. and this movie just made it really show how the book is. i really recommend reading her books too ^_~

I think the skies in this anime are beautiful ^_^ and the song is purdy. Couldn't really work out why Arren did what he did in the beginning though...
