    Interesting movie. I liked how the relationship with her teacher was portrayed. Normally that would be seen as the perverse element, but in this story it seems like it was the only thing left that could have "saved" her.

    slow movie but i liked it. it was interesting, depressing, and the guy she met was cute. i finished the movie mainly because of him though. 4 stars

    i really liked this movie. i find that movies that have less talking more interesting. Oh the irony of the ending, Ogata was just getting there as Sachiko was just leaving.

    i really enjoyed this movie,the lack of conversation just made it better . The truth is no real diolect was needed, all we need to know was shown through Sachikos expressions. The ending still makes me sad cuz life isn't going to get better

    hmm..i think this is a psychological movie.. the ending seems hanging..maybe it will just depend on the viewer's perspective..whether it may turn good or bad.. overall this is a good movie..

    The pace is really slow but the story is quite meaningful. The director has a very good illustration of the pathetic life of a young girl in a calm and almost cold manner. Yet the ending is a bit abrupt.
