Based on the novel, “Flowers For Algernon”, by Daniel Keyes, the story centers around an optimistic and innocent mentally handicapped 27 years old Haru (Yoo Gun) who is neglected by society because of his handicap. Seo Eun-Hye (Kim Ok Bin), a fumbling swindler is a woman who thinks love is nothing more than sadness and difficulties piling up one after another… until our “Forrest Gump” shows up and turns her life upside down. Park Dong-jae (Lee Jong Hyuk) is an ambitious brain surgeon, whose research gives him the power to transform Haru’s life forever, but at what cost?
