Hwang Tae Kyung

[Edit]
Overview
Hwang Tae Kyung is a character (played by Jang Geun Suk) from the Korean drama, You're Beautiful. He is the obnoxious arrognant leader of the fictional band A.N.JELL. At the start of the drama, the band needed to recruit another member as they needed another vocalist. They recruited Go Mi Nam not knowing that it was actually his twin sister (Go Mi Nyu) pretending to be him! Hwang Tae Kyung found out that Go Mi Nam was a girl in the second episode, in which he accidentally watched a live footage of her revealing that she is a girl. He went to confront her and was about to reveal the truth to the producer yet she snatched his phone and ran away with it. After this incident, Tae Kyung decided that he would help conceal her truth as he believed her to be "very poor at lying".

As the drama continues, there were many occasions of which her identity was about to be revealed yet he continued to help and protect her. For instance, when Yoo He Yi (who he calls fake fairy) discovers that Mi Nam was a girl, Tae Kyung pretended to be her boyfriend to prevent her from revealing the truth.
