Im Su Jung, Im Su Jeong, Lim Su Jung (born July 11, 1980) is a South Korean model and actress. She was awarded Best Actress at the Fantasporto film festival for the film A Tale of Two Sisters.

After her debut as a magazine model at age 18, she started her acting career in the TV drama series School 4 and made her screen debut in The Romantic President. She is recognized as an achromatic colored actress with endless potential who perfectly fits any role. She was commended for her amazing talent in the transformation into her character ‘Young-goon’ (I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK) through her unique way of speech and body movements. She performed commendably in her sole leading role in Lump of Sugar and is currently in production to star in director Jin-ho Hur’s Happiness. She won the best new actress award at the Chung-ryong Film Awards and the Korean Film Awards for her role in A Tale of Two Sisters.

History

Su-Jeong is often described as shy and quiet yet she gives of a "cool" aura. She has a younger brother bu they are not that close as she finds it difficult to talk to him, they remain the "quiet ones" in the family. Su-Jeong have said that she wished to have a sister who she can chat with, even quarreling with each other will be an exciting thing. She was a normal schoolgirl when she was young although she rarely talked much. Her best friends are those he studied with her in junior school. She sometimes finds it diffiult to communicate with others but after her performance in the hit drama, "I'm sorry I love you", she admits that her communication skills has rapidly improved. When Su-Jeong was in high school, it was her role in a play that made her decide to pursue a career in acting. In 1998, Su-Jeong joined Ceci Model Contest and she won a prize, since then she became a Magazine Model.
